How to Win Cards
After entering the game for the first time with an account, the player is presented with a tutorial game. The tutorial game does not have an Architect and his ability.
After this first tutorial, the player will win the 10 cards that he played with in the game. And be placed in the starter screen at the main menu. The player will be guided to the tutorial screen, where there are 6 tutorials, 2 for each faction.
On completion of the first tutorial, the player will get 10 cards of that faction, and 500 of the BITS. The second tutorial the player will get 5 cards and 500 BITS (in-game currency), and a Booster Pack. This serves to introduce the player to all the factions, their unique abilities and cards, and all aspects of the game.
After all the tutorials are completed, the player will have 45 cards and 3 Common Booster Packs, and 3000 BITS. ALL OF THIS ARE NON-NFT ASSETS.
The tutorials are optional for the player to complete, and they may skip them if they do not wish to do it, however, in this case, no rewards will be given. The tutorial and these rewards are connected.
By completing Daily Quests the player will get XP in the Data2073 Battle Pass. In the premium version of the Battle Pass there are rewards at every level, but in the free version there are levels without rewards.
One of these rewards is Common Booster Packs, that can have cards from any faction.
Common Booster Packs have 5 cards in them. With one of them having a chance of being Rare.
Players can buy Booster Packs in the in-game store with BITS or with tokens. If the purchase is with tokens, the player will be redirected to the online marketplace.
Common Booster Packs have a base cost of $2, with Best Price Bundles available, with more Common Booster Packs for a smaller price.
The final way a player can get NON-NFT cards is by playing the Campaign game mode and the Sealed game mode. Both of them reward the player for playing.
For NFT cards the player has a few options:
The first and most direct one is by purchasing them directly from other players in the online marketplace.
The second is by purchasing a Mystery Box or Generator Card. From the online marketplace as well.
The third is for the player to buy NFT Booster Packs. They have 4 different rarities, Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary, and all come with 5 cards, but with different odds for the cards rarities.
To know more about each of these ways of getting gameplay NFT cards, please see their assign area here in the Whitepaper.
