NUMBERS ARE NOT FINAL
Players can MERGE Guild to upgrade them to the next RANK. To do so, players need two of the same type of GUILD (ex.: two Shelter), and they need to be on the same continent (Pyron, Solara, and Voltarx).
They are the most basic type of Guild allowing the player to engage in non NFT Guild activities. Altogether, Basic Guilds do not offer much functionality and provide far less yield than other types.
Apon buying a Guild NFT, the player gains the option to create a Guild. The maximum number of players in the Guild is directly tied to the type of Guild.
After buying and founding a Guild, the Guild Leader receives a number of Land Plots equal to the number of possible Guild Members. Each player in the Guild may build their own city in their Land Plot, and these Land Plots serve as that player's base, where he can share his information and construct buildings that help the Guild.
In the founding of the Guild, the Leader creates the settings of the Guild. The name, the badge, type of Guild (Open, Application and Invite, Closed). These settings can all be changed in the future.

Closed: The only way to enter the Guild is through Invite from one of the players from inside of the Guild.
Players don’t need to own any data2073 NFT to join a Guild.
Owner: The player who created the Guild and is the owner of the Guild NFT. They are the one who choose Council Members
Leader: At the start the Guild Leader is the player who created the Guild, however if the Guild Leader wishes they can demote themselves. Additionally, if a Guild Leader is inactive in the game for 30 days, the longest serving Co-Leader is promoted to Leader. If there are no Co-leaders, the longest serving MAK II member is promoted to Guild Leader. If there are no MAK II members, the longest serving MAK I member is promoted to Guild Leader. The Guild Leader can promote players up to Co-Leaders, can accept or deny applications, can invite players, and kick players from the Guild. Additionally Leaders can also call for a vote.
Co-Leader: Theoretically this is the highest role a player can have in a Guild that it’s not his. However, there are instances where they can rise to Guild Leaders. They can promote players up to MAK II, can accept or deny applications, can invite players, and kick players from the Guild. Additionally Co-leaders can call for a vote.
MAK II: The first level of promotion in the Guild. MAK II players have more benefits. They can invite players.
MAK I: The players who just entered the Guild are all in this category. They can’t kick or add players to the Guild.
Once a vote is called all Guild Members have a chance to vote to change something inside of the Guild. It may relate to the Guild Settings, to event participation, Guild Earning Yield, or anything else. After that the Guild Members have 2 days to cast their vote to change or not change whatever was proposed.
All Guild Members have their own plot of Land that they can work on. They can use the land to generate resources, farming MechaShards and Bits, and a predetermined percentage of the Yield will go back to the Guild, generating the Guild, as a whole, resources.
The Earning Yield is part of the settings of the Guild, and they can be changed through a vote.
This system allows players within the Guild to lend or rent cards to one another. The number of cards a player can lend or rent is directly tied to their Guild Role, the higher the role the more cards they can lend and rent.
This also serves as a way for low level players, who entered the game more recently, to have access to more cards.
The system is tied in three ways:
The players share a part of their earnings to the person who lended/rented the card;
It can be a fixed price to do so;
Players can also lend/rent their cards at no cost if they wish it so.
Guild Members each have their own Land Plot, where they can construct buildings to farm resources and yield earnings for themselves and their Guild.
There are buildings that are exclusive to higher level Lands/Guilds. And most buildings can be upgraded up to the level that is available in the Land/Guild level.
In the Guild screen there is a Staking window. There, players can stake their tokens and NFTs to earn additional rewards based on the amount that they Staked. The more assets a player puts in “Staking” the more they earn.
Guild Members have a closed chat just for them. They can share the decks and strategies that they are using
These special tournaments are held once a month and are exclusive to Guild Members. The prize pool for the tournament is composed of Guild Earning Yield.
